As of Tuesday Jan. 6, 2010, you need to log in to Blackboard using your Active Directory password. Usernames have not changed, only passwords. Your Active Directory password is the password you use to log in to the campus network (and, for faculty or staff, this is the same password you use for your Exchange/Outlook e-mail account). The only way to change or reset your Blackboard/Active Directory password is to call the Help Desk at 1-866-767-9509.
